Terms of use
Last updated: 8 October 2026
1. What Worth Hai is. Worth Hai is a website that shows hand-picked deals from other online stores (for example Flipkart, Myntra and Amazon), plus related offers and guides. We don't sell products, take payments or deliver anything.
2. Your purchase is with the store. When you tap a deal, you go to the store's own website or app. Your order, payment, delivery, warranty, returns and refunds are between you and that store, under the store's own terms. Questions about an order go to the store.
3. Prices and offers. We show each price as last checked, with the time when we have it. Stores change prices, stock and offer terms, often quickly, so the price you see at the store is the one that counts. Please check it, and any coupon or bank-offer conditions, before you pay.
4. No guarantee. We choose and describe deals carefully, but we can't promise that every detail is complete or still current, or that a deal suits you. Our levels ("Good", "Great", "Crazy") and "Worth it ✓" picks are our opinion of value, not a certificate.
5. Links to other websites. We link to stores, banks and creators' videos. Those websites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we don't control them.
6. How we get paid. If you buy through our link, the store (or an affiliate network working for it) may pay us a commission. Your price stays the same. We rate deals on value alone, before we see any commission, and commission never decides which deals or stores we show, or their order. Links that don't earn us anything say so. If we ever show a paid placement, it will be labelled "Sponsored".
7. Limits of our responsibility. We provide Worth Hai "as is". That means we share deals in good faith, but we can't promise every detail is right, that a deal is still on, or that the site is always available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for a store's products, prices, delivery or service, or for losses from using a deal that come from the store's or someone else's actions. We are responsible for our own fault where the law says so. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that can't be waived.
8. The name. Worth Hai is not connected to any earlier business that used the name "WorthHai".
9. Fair use. Please don't misuse Worth Hai: don't try to break into it or disrupt it, don't copy it in bulk with automated tools, and don't use it for anything unlawful. Store names and logos belong to their owners; showing them doesn't mean the store endorses us. Creators named in "Viral finds" aren't connected with Worth Hai and haven't endorsed it, unless we say so on that item.
10. Your data. We collect only what our Privacy notice lists. Anything optional (deal alerts, usage stats) we ask for separately, and you can turn it off and delete it in the app. We don't sell or rent your personal data, and we don't share it with advertisers. We share it only with the services that run Worth Hai (our host, our affiliate network when you tap a link that earns us money, and the push services that deliver alerts), as the Privacy notice explains. We handle personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Full details and your rights: Privacy (/privacy).
11. Changes and law. We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version, and for a big change we'll also try to tell you in the app. Changes apply from that date, not to anything before it. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes can be heard by the courts at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. You can also complain to a Consumer Commission where you live or work (Consumer Protection Act, 2019; online at e-daakhil.nic.in). For complaints about your personal data, write to us first; if we don't sort it out, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
12. Contact. Worth Hai is run by Mrs R Agarwal, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, who is also our Grievance Officer. Questions or complaints, including about your data: privacy@worthhai.com. We aim to reply within 7 days, and always within 30.
What we save about you, in short. No account, no name, phone or email.
- Always: anonymous counts (app opens, deal views, store taps, saves) with no ID.
- Only if you turn them on (18 or older): deal alerts (your browser's alert address, your alert choice, when you agreed, and which alerts we sent), and usage stats (a random ID for this phone, sent with the deals you view, open and save).
- For security: admin actions, server errors and alerts sent, with a shortened IP address on errors, kept 180 days (1 year from 13 May 2027).
- On your phone only: your saved deals, filters and Mine picks (picks are sent only if you choose "Mine" alerts).
- Who else: our host Cloudflare (possibly outside India), Cuelinks when you tap a link that earns us money, and your browser's push service if alerts are on.
Delete your alerts and usage stats anytime: ⋮ → More → Delete my data. Full details: Privacy.
